 For many Americans, their home is their most valuable asset and an important source of financial security for their retirement. Yet for a growing number of working families, the American Dream of homeownership has become a nightmare. In recognition of Financial Planning Weekâ˘, the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants (NJSCPA) and the Financial Planning Association of New Jersey (FPANJ) have assembled a team of experts to present a free seminar on "Surviving the Mortgage Crisis." The program will break down the mortgage crisis and describe many of the planning decisions that must be made and options that should be considered. This overview will help attendees make better-informed, more confident financial decisions.

DRIVING DIRECTIONS
Garden State Parkway North or South to Exit 145. Follow signs for Route 280 West. Proceed on Route 280 West to Exit 5B. Pass one left turn signal. At the next full intersection, turn left onto Becker Farm Road. At the first light, turn left onto Eagle Rock Avenue. At the first light, turn left into our parking lot. Use rear parking lot and enter through back door. The Society is the first office on the left.
New Jersey Turnpike North or South to Exit 15W. Follow signs for Route 280 West and proceed as above.
Route 80 East to Route 280 East. Proceed on Route 280 East to Exit 4A (Eisenhower Parkway). At the light, turn left onto Eagle Rock Avenue. At second light, turn right into our parking lot. Use rear parking lot and enter through back door. The Society is the first office on the left.
Route 80 West to Exit 52 (Passaic Ave./The Caldwells). Bear right off the ramp. Make a right at the stop sign onto Passaic Avenue. Take Passaic Avenue to the end (approx. 6 miles) and turn left onto Eagle Rock Avenue. Turn right at the first traffic light into our parking lot. Use rear parking lot and enter through back door. The Society is the first office on the left.
Route 287 North or South to Route 80 East. Follow Route 80 East directions above.
